The groups offer individuals a chance to discuss any worries, think about the big picture, receive one to one support if needed and enjoy time with people like them.

One-to-one support
We provide free tailored mental health and wellbeing support for LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages.
We provide one-to-one counselling sessions to LGBTQ+ people and for those who may be questioning and experiencing issues relating to their sexuality or gender identity.
