Our support for family members and carers provides a nurturing space where you can find the support and guidance you need to understand what your loved one is going through, you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental environment. One-to-one support
We provide free tailored mental health and wellbeing support for LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages.
We provide one-to-one counselling sessions to LGBTQ+ people and for those who may be questioning and experiencing issues relating to their sexuality or gender identity.
